Do you need Coaching?

Life-management, performance and coping skills are essential not just for those with learning difficulties and ADHD but for anyone who needs to enhance their organisational skills or work performance or anyone who wants to make positive and significant life changes.

If you’ve arrived here, it means you are interested in finding out who works with a coach or uses coaching to help them in some way.
Although my main focus as a coach is on coaching individuals diagnosed with ADHD, I do coach clients who have not been diagnosed with ADHD and those who have no ADHD symptoms. Life-management, performance and coping skills are essential for anyone who wants to move forward in order to make realistic significant changes – even using the tiniest steps.

Who benefits from coaching?

  • Coaching is for anyone who feels there is some kind of gap between where they are now and where they want to be.
  • Coaching is for anyone who is open and willing to change – no matter how big or how small.
  • Coaching is for anyone prepared to modify any self-defeating behaviours and beliefs that may be holding them back.
  • Coaching is for anyone ready to take action to make change happen.

For example, perhaps you want to:

  • put some order into your life
  • manage your time more effectively
  • improve your organisational skills
  • learn how to prioritise
  • reduce stress at work or home
  • achieve a better balance between work and home-life
  • increase your productivity at work or at home or both

or perhaps you want to:

  • improve a relationship with a specific colleague
  • develop your communication skills
  • prepare for an interview or presentation

or perhaps you want to:

  • turn your ideas and dreams into reality
  • start a new venture or make a transition
  • just move forward and don’t know where to start
